With the upcoming Primary election  right around the corner (TUESDAY June 8, 2010) we are asking for your help. The San Joaquin County District Attorney, Jim Willett, is running for office again and he is UNOPPOSED.  We would like to make a statement that Justice for Joey does NOT support Jim Willett.  We are asking that you PLEASE write in on your ballets “Justice for Joey”.  If we cannot vote for someone else our goal is to voice that we are not supporting this candidate for San Joaquin County District Attorney.  Please tell EVERYONE you know that we are asking for support.  When you are filling out your ballet for this upcoming election and you see District Attorney:  Jim Willett, underneath it will say: Write-in.  We are asking that you please  ‘Write-In’  JUSTICE FOR JOEY.

Jim Willett refuses to bring criminal charges against the two CHP Officers that brutally killed Joey Pinasco.  He has chosen to ignore eye witness statements, physical and forensic evidence.  He also refuses to meet with the Pinasco Family and explain to them what happened the night of August 24, 2008 and address the issues above.  If Jim Willett is an elected official why isn’t he listening to the public’s concern in this matter?  Please help us in our efforts to have Jim Willett at the very least be aware that the public is concerned with his complete disregard for the senseless killing of Joey Pinasco.
